Editor’s Note
We’re aware of a paid advertisement circulating that characterizes this platform as a ‘scam.’
WallStreetDiscriminates exists to provide a moderated, anonymous space for people to share experiences that are often difficult to raise elsewhere. We do not publish everything—we have very clearly and consistently stated that we review submissions, decline what doesn’t meet our standards, and prioritize credibility and safety.
There has been a recent spate of repetitive, off-hours submissions about a single subject from the same source that is designed to harass and distract. We suspected our refusal to engage in a back-and-forth with this submitter would end up with them attacking the site’s credibility. It’s a playbook that is as predictable as it is sad.
It speaks volumes that someone would spend time and money trying to discredit a platform built around ordinary people telling their stories. Increasingly, the public is questioning systems that have protected powerful institutions and individuals from scrutiny, and not everyone is comfortable with that shift.
We stand by the integrity of the site and will continue to operate with the same editorial standards we’ve applied from day one.
As noted in our Privacy Policy, like all websites, we collect certain technical information, such as IP addresses. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement in cases involving sustained harassment or unlawful conduct.
