Worked as a Regional MD for most of my career, primarily at Northern Trust and Wells Fargo’s Private Bank – retired now. Of course there was a constant parade of microaggressions and watching less talented men get promoted over and around me but it was nothing like what I’ve read here about Citi and the places in Asia.
