Story 26

It’s sad to say but all common pattern you listed here are so true and happened to me in a major financial institution: 1) not equal base pay with men 2) pay reduction by 40% during maternity leave year while being on leave only for 4 months 3) HR system is weaponised, I saw as a junior person complained to HR and asked not to share and HR went directly to the group head and the group head called that junior person 4) ethics and harassment hotline is not working and investigations are too check the box only and take months and a person is forced to leave 5) bad actors are let go without record and then they go to another financial institution in the position of power and keep doing the same things.

Story 364 – this makes me wish even more that I had been in the room when Jamie Dimon told Marianne Lake she was no longer part of JP Morgan’s succession plan. Everyone knows how ambitious she is. The rumours that she turned down a generous retention package rather than remain in her role, keep…
