I’ve been watching the site traffic here since it made the press. I’m one of many women who, I believe, was wronged by Citi’s HR department for reasons that still don’t fully make sense to me. I don’t think I’ll ever understand it.

There will always be people who dismiss a site like this as a place for women to complain. But that misses the point. This latest post on efinancialcareers makes the case nicely that this is not isolated – it’s systemic.
