I am a woman working in management consulting and previously worked in front office at CIBC. An MD and ED on our team pressured juniors to accompany them to strip clubs. I felt uncomfortable and shared my thoughts with peers but it fell on deaf ears. It was widely perceived that those who complied received preferential treatment in files and bonuses.
