Hello, in the story pertaining to the “Indian Mafia” in Technology at Citi, I can absolutely confirm this is true. I myself am Indian and the way the men currently treat women at Citi should be fully investigated. While I do not conduct myself this way or manner I have witnessed blatant discrimination and full fledged lawsuit waiting to happen. I have only been employed 8 months and I would encourage anyone reading this who is in senior leadership at Citi to continue to report this. Women at Citi are being dehumanized by the Indian men in leadership. I said what I said and I’ll say it again.
