I am a 45 year old saleswomen who works in a European bank in London & has in the business a long time and pretty thick skinned.


At my Christmas party last year I was talking to my American boss who was visiting from NY about our teenage children and how much more open they are with us than we were with our parents. He then said, ‘my son was telling me about this girl who gave him a blow job on the weekend, said it was terrible, obviously first time she has done this before….’

I can’t stop thinking about this. It was out of the blue and I am still not sure what to think. I need this job and won’t be going up against the bank for discrimination or anything like that because I really don’t have the guts. But am I being crazy here that this is really odd behavior by a very senior manager. Or maybe at this age I am invisible so he doesn’t really care ?
