Story 162

Important story in the Financial Times today about the weaponization of Citi’s CSIS department. “CSIS’s stated goal is to “to protect the employees, assets, information, integrity and reputation of Citi and its clients”. But in interviews with the FT, current and former employees questioned how the unit is deployed and whether it places the bank’s interests ahead of theirs. In several instances, they said their statements to CSIS were later used against them, including two who said they were forced out after raising compliance concerns.”

I know this department very well and everything in this article is accurate. Really hoping more employees come forward to bring light on the ugly tactics used by this team and Citi’s compromised HR department.

To story 307, I went through the exact same in another group, we are not liars or crazy. With all the proof in the world, HR will never ever investigate anything. In my case a lawyer got involved and I managed to leave on my own, but everything else is the same playbook. In my…
