We declined to post several submissions yesterday that were nothing but personal attacks and/or contained threatening language against a particular institution. We don’t know if it was a setup but, either way, it is not consistent with the purpose of this platform.
WallStreetDiscriminates exists to surface real experiences and identify patterns that would otherwise remain hidden. It is intended to inform, not inflame — and to create space for honest dialogue without fear of retaliation.
We are grateful to those who have shared their experiences — particularly when doing so is painful — and helped shed light on situations that too often remain hidden, making fairness and accountability harder to achieve in a world where power imbalance and secrecy disadvantages the everyday person.
Posts that cross into harassment or threats undermine that mission and will not be published.
We strive for consistency in our editorial standards and will continue to uphold them.
