I sympathize with others on this site. I worked in HR. Shortly after raising a gender based pay inequity complaint I was terminated for “cost cutting” reasons, and replaced by a more costly male candidate.

After connecting with current and former employees across the firm I realized my situation was not unique, but part of a larger systemic issue. There was a common theme of silencing any employee who exercised their right to report discrimination, harassment, unethical conduct, etc.

I filed a lawsuit against my former employer that is still in progress. I hope your site brings more awareness to these issues.
