Story 176

I recommend reading Sarah Butcher’s latest article. It highlights a striking situation at Citigroup: the firm’s women’s network is led by a man who has previously been reported in the press for publicly “berating” and harassing some of the most accomplished women in financial services.

He then brazenly publishes a LinkedIn post portraying himself as a hero, while gloating about “winning when backed into a corner.” As the article points out, this seems like a direct salvo at the many women who say their careers and livelihoods were lost to Citi’s deeply compromised HR department.

If you want to share your story with the press on background*, contact the reporters who are covering this. Besides Butcher, there’s Akila.Quinio@ft.com. Justin Cash @ Financial News. And last summer Todd Gillespie @ Bloomberg.
