Story 193

My annual performance review in December (and every year prior): “She is integral to our team.” My mid-year review, just after discovering and reporting a fiduciary breakdown: “She does everything wrong and needs significant improvement by year-end.”

There needs to be fundamental changes in HR practices, and senior managers who behave this badly should be held accountable.

I’m glad to hear this is being discussed within these firms. But what about the clients? Shouldn’t they be asking who they are entrusting their significant wealth to? How is anyone getting work done with so much nonsense going on at these firms managing their wealth?

I’m rooting for justice for the women here.
