Story 201
Story 200 I see you and support you. The senior management of the Data team has been a joke for a long time. I was one of several employees who filed complaints when the former Wealth CTO was installed as our leader, forcing out an experienced data leader (who was also a decent human) who sued. He, on the other hand, was not just grossly incompetent – he was totally unethical but because he was buddies with the current COO and part of the Indian Mafia that has been referenced in several stories, he was protected. He was allowed to do whatever he wanted without impunity. Information later came out that he made a complete mess of wealth technology so, yes, we love moving people around here due to unchecked cronyism and to your well-made point, the company will be unable to compete at some point.
Worth noting Citi settled with her, which tells you they couldn’t risk what she had to say become part of public record.
