Story 241

Re: Story 238—I was a business analyst on Julia Carreon’s team when she was ousted from Citi. The situation was abrupt and unusual, and it left everyone with the sense that something serious had happened. I’ve been waiting to see if her name surfaced on this platform so I could show my support.

She is one of the most effective MDs Citi has ever had, and she consistently treated people with dignity and respect—something that is all too rare at the firm. I’m very glad to see this write-up by Mr. Sanders; it presents her case in a clear and measured way. What’s left of our team is rooting for her. We will all be begging for jobs when she surfaces elsewhere.
