Story 371
I learned about this site today from a woman who is familiar with the high-profile lawsuits involving Citi. Coincidentally, [REDACTED] of Morgan Lewis, who is representing Citi in some of these matters, was one of the attorneys who represented Merrill Lynch in employment cases in the mid 2010’s. I know because I was a plaintiff. In my opinion, [REDACTED] conduct goes beyond ‘aggressive advocacy.’ And instead reflects a level of corruption that maybe explains why [REDACTED], Citi’s Head of Wealth, continues to retain him.
What these institutions have taken from women extends far beyond a paycheck. They stole my career, my identity, my livelihood – indeed, my peace. What is done to women in the workplace under the guise of a professional environment is profoundly abusive. The average Joe would be shocked.
At least women are finally exchanging information. Maybe something will change.
