Story 294

Story 291: I was based on the West Coast. Before annual sales meetings in New York, colleagues in Arizona would fly to California for contrived client meetings so they could qualify to fly business class to New York under Citi’s travel policy. Abuse of the policy was widespread and openly tolerated. That is why it is so appalling to hear that you were investigated over a minor cab expense. The contrast speaks for itself. In my experience, women at Citi were often subjected to a very different standard.
