“I left my last company thinking it was harsh. Citi makes it look like paradise. The team culture doesn’t matter when the entire company is broken. I catch myself doing and saying things I never would have anywhere else, just to keep my head above water. If you aren’t cutthroat, you get destroyed. Anyone with integrity sticks out like a sore thumb here.”
