When I was at [X entertainment company], me and my peers were mistreated so badly I ended up losing 20 lbs and was misdiagnosed with lupus because the stress had me so bad. Eventually I got a payout (peanuts really) from a major class action lawsuit filed for discrimination. With all that said, my experience at Citi is worse. The gaslighting is so insanely overt that all you do is question your sanity. I read all the story submissions here. I think I can put names to many of them. Makes me feel so outraged. I am sidelined and unable to do my job, while mediocre players (all men) celebrate losing chess like children.
