Story 185

I’m a senior HR business partner at Citi. I want to discuss the two lawsuits that are everywhere in social media.

Bravo to these courageous women because their fight is talked about constantly in HR circles. I support them, I do, but they need to know what they’re up against. This will be the fight of their lives.

When “leadership” thinks someone might litigate, everyone gets to work covering the company’s tracks. Documents, notes, interviews… this place has no problem deleting or fabricating evidence. These women need to tell their lawyers to go full bulldog on Citi because Citi will play dirty. There are no scruples at this place whatsoever.

During evidence gathering, they should look for:

*timelines that don’t line up

*missing originals

*documents that appear edited

*gaps in who had what and when

Let’s not forget this is the same firm who has been in bed with an Epstein lawyer who did surveillance for Leon Black, hello.

On the upside: Senior leadership is beyond p*ssed about the Financial Times article on CSIS. Big win. [REDACTED], head of HR, looks more haggard than usual. That’s also a win. She is reviled.

Keeping public pressure on is the way to win.

My daughter told me about Ardith Lindsey’s case. I am one of the Bible Study grandma’s who posted early support to this site. Hi all- I experienced the horror of Wall Street years ago, overt sexism and discrimination. I now teach a women’s leadership program for women to have safe cohorts to learn leadership from a feminist lens and gain support navigating the BS in finance. I invite the community here to apply for the next cohort starting…

You seem desperate to suck up to Jane whereas I’m not her slave. But, also, I didn’t criticize her in the least. I simply pointed out that her job is to also manage risk. Here’s the answer ChatGPT has. But by all means, come back at me again. I’ll be here all night. A diverse…

When the institution betrays those it employs for their livelihoods. Managers who don’t manage. Leaders who don’t lead. There’s a question that gets wielded like a weapon at Citi: If you’re not happy, why don’t you leave? It sounds like honesty. It isn’t. It’s a deflection — a way of avoiding accountability while making discontent…
