My daughter forwarded me the article about this site from efinancialcareers.com. I just wanted to drop a note providing my support for what these courageous women are doing. She has spoken for years about the double standard of professional conduct that women are held to, but it sounds like Citi’s HR department doesn’t even try to hide their bias. Brava, ladies!
