You folk are doing a GREAT job. But this is a malice irrespective of firm or location. So why limit it to just one firm?

A few insightful commentators have highlighted the “culture transition” across multiple firms, which is a cause for worry. This shouldn’t and cannot be an isolated issue affecting personnel from one firm only. It is true that WSD- the sooner it is addressed the better- but as experienced hands, most would agree that IF ONLY this had been, earlier, said deficiencies wouldn’t be rearing their heads? A collective failure, and as one person pointed out, self-serving behavior until it runs out of road, has sadly resulted in the current state of affairs.

Have been at this firm, in addition to another CLOSE competitor – stories 20, 43, 44, 57, 58, 60 (and those in the future), all relatable!

Please, at least wherever you land, do take corrective measures to ensure that those you hire fit into the wider view of the world, than the perceived world “as-seen-from-my eyes”. The cause of much discomfort’s the comfort in saying said person went to my school (or school’s I rate), worked at X in a Y position and hence MUST fit into the where and what they are hired for – beliefs and expectations that have resulted in this state of affairs across ALL FIRMS, irrespective of location!

“We must do what they fear – tell the truth, spread the truth.” Alexei Navalny I was raised with conventional wisdom from another continent: don’t confront the attacker, it’ll make it worse.
